My Aunt Jo contirbuted this

fabulous cake recipe.

This recipe can also be

used to make delicious cupcakes.

This is one of my staple recipes.

I use this recipe to make all kinds of breads & cakes.

You can substitute bananas for just about

any find of fruit or combination of fruits / nuts.

The original name of this recipe was 

Quick Brownies; 

they come together rather quickly

and only bake for 30-35 minutes. 

Use dark chocolate for a richer deeper flavor.

This recipe makes 6 big short cakes

The trick is to use an ice cream scooper

to put the dough on the baking pan. 

This way, you get uniform size and

shape making the top

match the botttom.
